Pricing can't be beat, and it has many of the features I was using from Videowise. The onboarding team was very helpful and it was a seamless shift. A+!
This recovers a lot of sales for us. Very easy to install and low hanging fruit that produces a lot of lost revenue. Highly recommend!

Switched from Loop to ReturnGO, has a lot of features that Loop has, even has a similar dashboard. Saving thousands compared to Loop on a yearly basis. Very happy with it.
Our team had trauma from Returnly and Loop was the solution to what we were looking for. - Onboarding was smooth and easy, Returnly was complicated and took so long! - Reporting is easy, Returnly was complicated and we were always missing reports. - We were able to implement the exchange feature and gain more sales Overall, we're very happy with Loop and the customer service they provided.

I love Loox as it combines other features such as referral and an upsell. I was able to receive more reviews when I installed this app.
Customer service is very helpful in getting customized reports and different options to pull out key metrics are very helpful.
