We haven’t fully launched the app on our webshop yet due to a few remaining technical challenges on our side, but our experience so far has been very positive. The setup looks very promising and easy to integrate, and what really stands out is the support from the BLOY team. They are extremely responsive and genuinely proactive in following up, thinking along, and offering help where needed. That kind of hands-on support makes a big difference and gives us a lot of confidence moving forward. Looking forward to completing the implementation soon and making full use of all the features!

De installatie van de Trusstyy App verliep heel vlot en intuïtief. Ondanks de eenvoudige setup liep ik toch tegen een probleem aan, vooral omdat dit soort tools nog redelijk nieuw voor mij is. Ik heb dan contact opgenomen met de support en daar ben ik écht positief door verrast: mijn issue werd snel opgepikt, duidelijk uitgelegd en efficiënt opgelost. De communicatie was vriendelijk, professioneel en to the point. Kortom: een gebruiksvriendelijke app met een supportteam waar je op kunt rekenen – zeker een aanrader.
