They say it's a premium dropshipping service, but it has a lot of inactive suppliers who take payment but don't provide any feedback. Everything takes forever to load, and worst of all, stock levels aren't synchronized. You have to pay an extra €55 to have stock levels synced automatically. A top app for wasting money and time.

Order fulfillment and supplier communication are handled directly by the supplier, and in your case the fulfillment was still within the stated processing timeframe. Syncee is a paid service, with plans based on the number of products and available features, and this information is shown when selecting a plan. Automatic stock synchronization is included in paid plans, as it requires continuous system resources. Syncee works within Shopify’s technical limits regarding speed.
