I have 4 stores and have been working with them for a while. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Affordable quick response rate user friendly Cons: if your stock is in negative, it will appear in stock in etsy. Cancelled etsy orders will not cancel on shopify. They app changes me shopify stock. I noticed that my stock wasn't aligning my physical stock and I saw in the product history that Etsy app started changing my stock. I reached out to their team about this and they keep saying they will get it fixed. I usually have to follow up on and ask whats happening. I haven't heard any solution about the app changing my shopify stock. I sent screenshots as well.

The app is working as expected, i can finally offer my products on my other store will be definitely using it to get more sales
