"Nilou was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me remove an unwanted floating widget, style the 'Notify Me' back-in-stock button to perfectly match my store's branding, and made sure the entire customer notification flow was set up correctly. She even proactively spotted and flagged a separate theme issue to help me. Patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — 5 stars without hesitation! Thank you Nilou!"

"Reymar and Jason went absolutely above and beyond to help me set up a complex postcode-based shipping zone system for my store. They were patient, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. Reymar in particular guided me through every step with such care and professionalism. I cannot recommend this app and their support team highly enough. Worth every cent!"

Absolutely love Optis! The app has made my store look so much cleaner, more professional, and easier for customers to shop. What has impressed me most though is the support team. They respond so quickly and are always happy to help with any questions or changes. As someone who isn’t very tech-savvy, having that level of support has been invaluable. Nothing ever feels too hard because they’re always there to help. Highly recommend both the app and the amazing team behind it! Highly recommend!"
