Seems so much more straightforward to use than other similar apps I tried. The rule I needed was set up for me by support really quickly and it works nicely. Support quickly picked up on all my store details and there was no language barrier. Really please to have found this app!

I cannot thank Mira enough for her incredible support! Setting up our shipping rates was quite complicated, with different postcode zones, bulky products and free shipping rules. Mira went above and beyond to help me get everything working correctly. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain things and make sure everything was set up properly. We've now tested our shipping rates across multiple Australian states, and everything is working beautifully! The app does exactly what we need, but the customer support has honestly been outstanding. A huge thank you to Mira for all her hard work and patience. I really appreciate it and would highly recommend this app!

Great support and very useful app. I needed to manage shippings by volume and to hide some of them to certain segments. I was also able to manage some shipping rates based on items in the cart. Recommended!

I had been working on another shipping app with Sidekick helping me out, but we came to a crossroads where the app didn't do what I needed it to do. It recommended a few other apps, but SMART shipping seemed like the choice for me. Having been at it with the other app for a couple of hours, and doing shipping calculations fry my brain, so I contacted Mira from support and boom...problem solved within 5 minutes and I didn't have to do a thing but say what I needed to happen. Great, fast, friendly service. Thank you! I'm glad I got SMART! :)

i made an error of trying to update our shipping Labor Day Weekend. Ended up with two apps i couldn.t get what i needed. had to take our site down Labor Day. Sidekick suggested This app as it had the tools i needed. Figured it would take me hours of trial again, but reach out for support so the could "teach" me. They walked me through it all and did most of the editing. Site is back up and running with the options we need. Awesome support and appears to handle our shipping challenges with different needs for the various live animals we ship.
The support team at SMART Shipping Rates & Rules are OUTSTANDING! We have rolled out a nationwide shipping plan in less than 5 days. The rules are highly complicated. The SMART team have been outstanding in the inital roll-out and now the fine adjusting as I make small changes to the plan. I find the support the best of any app I have ever worked with. I sell a lot of mixed weight and size goods, they can vary from 2g up to 2kg and range from large letters to to small or medium parcels. This app has been my saviour! No more stacking of rates, instead I have a complex tiered system to fairly and accurately apply shipping rates to the UK, all 3 EU zones, and all World wide Zones. I would have struggled to set this up so cleanly myself. Excellent support and help at every stage of the process. I am both relieved and delighted,- thank you.

App support is second to none! I installed the app after figuring out that Shopify's shipping rules were too limited for my needs. I installed the app and needed help setting it up. I hit the chat button and Mira was there instantly. Not AI, but a real person who jumped into my settings and configured everything I needed. Reymar jumped in to help and finished everything up. I'm beyond impressed with the level of support I received within 10 minutes of installing the app. Well worth the subscription costs and a lot more flexible than Shopify's shipping rules.

Couldn't be happier. Other users were saying the customer service is good so I asked for help immediately after downloading the app. Agent was on helping me within seconds and in minutes everything was set up.
