One of the biggest issues we faced with Shopify POS was the inability to search for a product by its manufacturer part number, which we have stored in product metafields. MetaSeek now allows us to do exactly that, and add those products directly to the cart. We can even use the app to lookup customers by their account numbers (stored in a customer metafield), which is a great additional feature. This app is now vital to our in store business operations.

This is as vital to our sales flow. As we're only on the Shopify Basic tier, we weren't able to use the official DPD Shopify integration (as it lacked PII data). WSA works flawlessly, allowing us to create shipping labels and packing slips quickly and in bulk. The shipping status is synced with Shopify Admin, so we have to spend little to no time checking the official DPD app. If you ship with DPD, this is the app you need.

We have over 200 different paint products that we need to customise when selling via POS. Originally we were doing this processing multiple custom sales each day. POSify has allowed us to quickly select a product/variant at checkout on our POS terminal, enter the custom information, and add it to the cart. This allows us to keep sales records and view analytics for all products, which we couldn't do when processing them as custom sales. The customisations also appear on the customer receipts which is really helpful. This app is now vital for our business operations! We reached out to the developer with a suggestions of how the app could be improved for us - 21Orange promptly built and released the features and even extended our trial period while it was being developed!

We tried virtually every eBay <-> Shopify syncing app on the App Store, before pulling the trigger with LitCommerce. Not only is it the best app by a country mile, it has virtually every feature we required. Alongside that, the support team are phenomenal. They have an answer to every question we've had.

This is by far the most important app we use for our store. Without it we simply wouldn't be able to have integrated Xero correctly. We have been using Xero for 7 years, and required that individual Shopify orders be synced and invoices be created for the existing customer in Xero. We tried many other apps (LinkMyBooks, A2X etc.), but none offered this feature/worked as well as this app. I've been in contact with the support team many times in the past 6 months, and they always reply promptly. Worth every penny.
