PoolAndSpaFlow

Very flexible app with tons of functionality. Almost any form of report you could need can be built here. Best of all if you are not quite sure where to start, they will build the report for you! Customer service is outstanding!

The built in product export had no flexibility at all. Gave this app a try and wow, did exactly what I needed. Very happy with this. Was able to export the specific fields I wanted based on the specific criteria I needed to select on.

You must stay away from this app! I have used this for over 2 years. Worked great until last Summer. Completely stopped working for several weeks. Eventually was somewhat working again and in the last 2 months completely stopped again. Orders do not sync, shipping does not sync, inventory does not sync. I see errors in the logs "Developer is blocked from calling these apis". Even worse, they will never respond to any emails or tickets. They can offer an explanation here, but trust me this is a bad app. I have reported it directly to shopify as well as it is costing customers money. Dear PoolAndSpaFlow team, We apologize that you have experienced some issues while syncing to Amazon. We have made tremendous improvement in our service and support. Our app recently made major update to ensure stability, performance, and reliability. We now offer free support and respond all inquires within 24 hours or less.

Looked for a while for an app that did what I needed. This app was perfectly suited to the order export I needed and was amazingly simple to implement. In addition, I asked to have some custom work added in to handle some other automations and they delivered perfectly. This app is a game changer for me. Thank you so much for your review! I'm happy that my app fits your needs. It's been also a pleasure to do the custom work for you.
