Globalement la version gratuite est très complète ce qui bien sûr est très appréciable. Mais le widget Medals n'est pas terrible : les badges ont un rendu pas terrible car trop petits et donnent une impression de pixélisation, et le nombre d'avis est positionné n'importe comment dans la médaille correspondante. Quand on essaie de les customiser, on pense que tout est ok et là on reçoit une nouvelle médaille et tout bouge. Et comme on n'a pas la main sur le nombre de médailles, soit on accepte les trop petites médailles, soit on renonce à afficher ce widget (soit on fait un CSS qui dépend du nombre de Medals affichées et de la position de la médaille qui contient le nombre fou, mais pas le temps pour ça et trop de CSS pour pas grand chose). Pour l'instant je l'affiche, mais je ne sais pas si je vais le garder. Sinon point très positif : le service clients. J'ai rencontré un bug d'affichage d'un de mes avis, j'ai d'abord eu une IA qui n'a pas pu solutionner mon problème, et à peine quelques minutes après un humain (Lorenzo) qui parle français a pris la relève. (Je parle anglais mais c'est toujours plus confortable dans notre langue maternelle). En tout cas Lorenzo a géré mon problème en quelques minutes. Alors Merci Lorenzo! Bilan global très positif mais à voir si le widget Medals est amélioré et si je ne rencontre pas trop souvent de bugs comme celui d'aujourd'hui.

This menu allowed me to put thumbnails next to each title of my main menu. It was mandatory to me and Globo provided me the solution. Moreover this emnu allows nested menus which can be very useful in order to keep the look clean and not too cluttered. Best support ever! I installed the application on my website a few weeks ago and i was already very satisfied with it. i have only tested collections slider for now, but the settings offered are richer and more refined than those I have tested so far. But it was when I needed more information about certain features/possibilities that I had, on top of that, the great surprise of finding a support that is very available, committed, attentive, patient, and highly pedagogical. What a change! Exactly what I needed in my distress of creating my site with chatGPT as my only help! ^^. It’s such a relief and comfort to come across such support. And not just some tinkering done in your absence — no, you know exactly what is being done and how to adjust it if needed. Really, if I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you Skape!!
