Elise was extremely helpful. I had been trying to work out a better menu than what i had for weeks using trial and error. My needs were quickly understood, an example generated which was exactly what i needed. I now have a way forward! I learned other things in the process for which i am grateful! I had also had some technical issues in the past (probably from my own errors) and the techs were all very responsive and got me up and running again, quickly. I am really liking this app and the flexibility it has!
The app has transformed our website menu and is very straightforward to use. Sarah and the team have been brilliant helping us with some changes that we weren't able to do ourselves. Extremely quick and helpful customer service thank you.
I have been looking for a good menu app since forever! Globo is easy to use and has a setting to use your website's custom font without having to go through the hassel of using css. Customer support is also quick to respond and assist with any difficulties
Had a few issues, one of which was a user (me) issue, the other was a mobile display problem. This was resolved by Sarah in the support team, excellent work. Good product.
I've been using Globo Mega Menu since April, and it's been a fantastic improvement to my Shopify store. The app is incredibly easy to configure, offers plenty of flexibility, and has made managing my store's navigation so much easier. On the few occasions I've needed assistance, the support team has been outstanding — responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I'd highly recommend Globo Mega Menu to anyone looking to improve their store's navigation and overall shopping experience.

The Customer Service is really good, i just talked Nora and she was really helpful and kind, all the problem came when i wanted 4 megamenus instead of 2 in free plan , it created problem for me , i wish you could allowed me to make 4

App works as planned. Tech support is exceptional. They addressed my problem right away and I was back up and running in no time at all.
Installed and edited my whole desired menu within 1 hour. I made edits that were considered under the "PRO" version, but I wasn't told as I was editing. Kinda a trick way of convincing you that you have to pay to publish. I tried using only the free stuff, but it's so limited. I had issues with my menu height on mobile, and Sarah from support helped instantly! I literally took a screenshot of my issue, solved it within 1 minute, and it was simple. I definitely recommend contacting support for any issues while using their app. I hope you get Sarah because she was very helpful and fast.
I was super excited to wake up with my Globo Mega Menu updated to my new website theme. When I changed from a summer to fall site, the icons had disappeared. A quick outreach to Sarah, Annie and Elise was all I needed to to to get back on track :-)

Competent customer service support and good, intuitive app usability, along with a solid range of features.
As much as the devs were helpful in making the end result happen (my banner made full width), the app seems to be having trouble publishing changes now. I'm using the Craft theme. I love the features that GloboMega Menu offers...but if the features don't work or are fixed soon... I cannot guarantee we will continue our subscription. I guess we'll see what the future holds.

Weve been using this app about almost 2 months. App's interface really helpful , understandable without looking for HELP. Furthermore, the Support Team response me well and very helpful. And the best part is, it can be scheduled! We really need this options as sometimes we have to update the menu (on new campaigns) on weekends. We've been using Globo Mega Menu on our Shopify store for some time now and it has become an important part of how customers navigate our fairly large product range. The app gives us a great deal of flexibility in organising our menus and presenting different product categories clearly, while still being straightforward to manage when we need to make changes. We've recently been carrying out quite extensive development work on our store, including expanding internationally and introducing multiple storefront languages, and Globo Mega Menu has continued to work very well throughout. For an app that plays such an important role in the navigation of our website, reliability really matters, and our experience has been very positive. Very happy with the app and certainly happy to recommend it.

Use this app for 3 separate shopify stores. Globo is my go to, simple enough to deploy quickly. Plenty of customisation. Support is quick and not yet found something they can't fix.

I don't like having to contact sales every time to change the menu width; it should be set up so we can adjust the width ourselves. The width of the first-level category should also be different from the width of the second-level category, and the width of each first-level category should be customizable. The rest of the customer service staff are very willing to help. It's just that finding someone each time takes a while.

I was able to build my store's navigation exactly the way I wanted it, and it was easy to customize even though I chose a simpler dropdown-style menu rather than a more elaborate mega menu. The customer support has been outstanding. They have been extremely helpful, patient, and responsive whenever I've needed assistance, and they worked hard to resolve a recent issue I had with my menu. I really appreciate having both a flexible app and a support team that genuinely takes the time to help.
