Excellent support and works well. Thanks to Laura and Tina from the support.
We’ve been using Koongo for several years across multiple channels and it’s been absolutely reliable. Product feeds and order synchs run smoothly, updates are fast, and the app scales as our catalog grows. The real standout is the support team. Super responsive, proactive, and genuinely helpful with any edge case or marketplace nuance. If you need dependable feed management and a partner who actually cares, Koongo is a no-brainer. Pavel and Carlos - special thanks to you guys!
