Koongo offers many possibilities for managing marketplace integrations, but our recent experience with the bol integration was frustrating. A repricer that was set to Monitoring Mode turned out to still block updates to our active offers due to MinimumPrice errors. As a result, an important change to our delivery promise was not correctly sent to bol. For a small business without its own IT department, hidden technical dependencies like this are extremely difficult to identify. It also took some time before support focused on the actual issue. Eventually, Pavel identified the cause, disabled the repricer, and ensured that the synchronization worked correctly again. He certainly deserves credit for resolving the issue. My main recommendation for Koongo is greater transparency. Features in Monitoring Mode should not block critical updates without a very clear warning. Issues that can affect seller performance or even the status of a marketplace account should be flagged proactively and much more visibly. Koongo is a powerful platform with good technical support once the right issue is identified, but usability, transparency, and error reporting could be significantly improved for small businesses.

10/10 fast communication, good software

Koongo is currently one of the best integrators on the market. Their support, especially Raül is excellent and very helpful. I definitely recommend it.

Koongo has proven to be the ideal tool for managing and publishing my existing catalog on Amazon. The system provides extensive filtering options, excellent control over pricing rules, and a workflow that feels both efficient and reliable. Before switching to Koongo, I tested other apps such as CedCommerce, LitCommerce, and Codisto — none of them came close. Koongo truly stands in a higher league. The support has also been exceptional. Doenst work at all ! For each sale channel you need years to speak with customer support and they answer once daily and you must fix with them each channel which doesnt work at all ! I was use for years and I wrote over 1500+ emails with their customer and when we solve problem, new problem appear. This app change variants ad make them separated and system publish each variant separetly ! I used it for Wish and Amazon and this was horrible experience ! Also when Wish charged penalties, this app made me errors which costed me over 240$ in penalties ! Avoid this app at all ! I asked for refund and they didnt gave me it ! They present that Koongo has integration with marketplaces, but when you try it this doesnt work !

The terminology and UI from this app could be improved a lot. On a weekly basis i have to contact them in order to understand certain functionalities like 'Order Sync'. Also their documentation is missing important information what makes it a lot harder to setup your store with Koongo. Overall not that happy and considering other apps instead of Koongo.

On avait juste un problème de reconnaissance des variantes de nos articles sur la marketplace d'Amazon : toutes s'affichaient en "neuf" au lieu de s'afficher en "neuf" ou "d'occasion". Le service d'assistance a réussi à reprogrammer ce qui devait l'être et enfin ! une application intermédiaire entre notre boutique Shopify et la marketplace d'Amazon fait le "job" à 100% sans que l'on ait à intervenir. Ça fait plaisir et ça fait gagner (beaucoup) de temps !

Worst support. This app do not make it easy for you to list on markedplaces in fact so many errors and bad support you might just upload your products to the selected marketplace, and update manually for each sales. Dont install. AND CMON 25 DOLLER FOR A FEED WITH NO SUPPORT!

The best integration you can find. I have the Zalando integration and everything is great, easy to integrate and the product mapping is great. The integration also supports tracking code for both primary and return shipments. Furthermore, the team is always friendly and ready for any request, they will solve any type of problem for you.

Very good app and an outstanding support (many thanks to Carlos, with his quick and very good support). We use it especially for selling on Zalando. Koongo imports automatically all orders and returns to Shopify. Shopify knows exactly which article was sold and our finance software (Lexoffice) automatically creates and sends the invoice/credit note to the customer. Highly recommended!

Er is geen betere! Wij hebben als Zenxstore alles geprobeerd maar Kongoo is super snel en betrouwbaar. Heb je hulp nodig? Zijn ze erg snel! Niet Channable, Effectconnect of Etalize etc. Nergens voor nodig als je Kongoo hebt! Veel voordeliger ook AMAZINNGGGGG after loosing a lot of money on Channable (they even blocked me without any reason and ended up loosing sales) and all other difficult platforms, finally found this great tool. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Do not use this app for Zalando. First of all, when you connect and sync, it will convert product SKUs to product IDs from Shopify. Why? Because that's better according to the support. It does not matter that your products on zalando are added by SKU and zalando requires you to add products with SKUs and specify SKUs on documents added to the shipped order. Secondly, you wait a very long time for support responses. Third, Koongo is able to completely mess up the prices of products, by doing so, it swaps SKUs with other products. I was waiting 24h for the support to correct SKU's so it will show correct prices on Zalando. I told them that I will leave bad opinion if the won't help. And I had to change it on my own :-) Fourth most important, it is unsuitable for syncing orders from Zalando, because there is no way to send a return shipping number back to Zalando. What is mandatory. The support has no idea how Zalando works, they keep asking about things they should know if they offer to sync your store. The application is quite complicated, if you manage to set it up it works quite well for syncing stock and prices. But for just one functionality it is way too expensive.

My experience of this app and support was nice. It was, because at the moment I don't need any .xml files, but if I needed again I will use this app.

Setting this up isn't too difficult. I did need assistance at one point due to missing the fact that I had selected SKU, but don't use SKU in my shopify store. Koonga support was extremely helpful in assisting with locating the issue and it was a quick fix. Within minutes the products were showing in our product list on the marketplace. I really do like the ability to filter product out based on vendor or whatever you choose. Overall good app... would like to see additional marketplace integrations in the future.

We use the Koongo app to sync FBR stock and orders from Bol.com with Shopify. The app and the different feeds can be a bit confusing at first glance. But the support is great and through this support everything worked first time. For our use case, a very good app.
