Terrible company, terrible people, terrible support. We begrudgingly use them because they offer access to some decent rates with several parcel companies, but we expect absolutely nothing in the way of support from them; and I say this as a VIP customer who receives preferential support. This app seems stable, the admin interface is easy to use and responsive, but it falls frustrating short of our requirements because — as others have pointed out — it doesn't offer support for variants. The developer asked me to update my review in light of the fact that they do state in the description that this app doesn't support variants. I've revised my rating to 4 stars as I appreciate how important reviews are for small developers on the app store. But the fact remains; the app doesn't support variants, and the monthly fee is inexplicably high given the very limited feature set, so my honest review remains 3 stars. The developer has however kindly pointed us in the direction of another app which does what we require plus much, much more ... for a price not that dissimilar to this app. In summary: a useful app for basic stores. Not for more demanding power users, despite a price tag which may suggest otherwise! But thank you to Extendons for their support, and honesty in recommending a competing app.

503 Service unavailable. This is disappointing as it seems like it could be a promising app. Does anyone know of an alternative?

This app has been unfairly voted down by people that I feel perhaps don't properly understand Google Shopping. The app exports your Shopify product feed and connects it directly to Google's merchant center so you can start publishing shopping ads. Having previously used Magento where we managed this process manually by exporting and uploading spreadsheets to Google merchant centre on a regular basis I can assure you this app provides a simple yet invaluable bridge between Shopify and Google Shopping and ensures our feed is always kept up to date. A little knowledge of Google Ads and Shopping Ads is probably useful, and I think this is the reason for many of the negative reviews. I haven't tried any of the paid for apps which I would assume provide additional extras for the subscription fee, but in a nutshell if you simply want to connect your Shopify product feed to merchant center then this is exactly what this app does with little fuss.
