Easy to use, good AI capability with excellent pre-filled suggested answers to questions. Cons - notifications are poor. You do get a "ping" on desktop that you can easily miss. A constant ring until answered would be better. If it wasn't for the notification on my watch, I would miss lots of customer queries. Also, poor synchronisation with iOS mobile & tablet which show closed conversations as still open.
I have no idea of the purpose of this app. I have added it to my shop but does anybody actually use it to buy stuff on? We are based in the UK. Maybe it has more prominence in other countries?
