we recently switched to Softify from another invoicing software because we were not getting the customer support we needed. So far, Softify customer support has been great, they work quickly and are solution oriented. Our invoices are running smoothly, and works great with our shopify.
Super happy to work with Invoice Falcon, there have been some hick ups but the great team is always on pint helping us put.
