App developer is very responsive and quick to solve problems. I just started using the app and so far am impressed with the options and ease of manipulating the templates without having to know how to change code. Hoping to add this to my wholesale POS after trying it with my retail store for a few weeks

Amazing service!! Wanted to customize the appearance for the invoice. Within no time of reaching out, the team was able to add, remove and adjust all my requests. No request too hard. Don't think about it, this app and company are great.
Invoice Falcon provides a great way for us to print customized detailed receipts and work orders directly from the Shopify POS. The format is easy to customized exactly for our specific requirements. The support has been fantastic. They are responsive and have been extremely helpful to us. Thank you very much.

We've been using this app for years! Haven't had much trouble, but recently had an issue with the quote pdf propagating. Hassan was great help and fixed this issue very quickly. Thanks, invoice flacon for helping our business + Hassan for seamless and effective help!

We haven’t used the app yet, as we’re still building out the functionality we need for our invoices. That said, the team deserves 5 stars for their flexibility and support.

For such a simple app - this app has soooo many issues. PDFs dont load, Tax not calculated properly, address updates don't populate, downtime, - we use PDF quotes and invoices every day for our B2B store - and I have had enough of the issues - I am changing to another app.

Hey there! Sorry you had this experience; I totally and completely understand your frustration. Some context: we acquired the app from the previous owners, and the version you were using had unfortunately been neglected for 4+ years. A lot of the issues you’ve mentioned (PDF loading, tax calculation, address sync, stability) were part of that legacy system. Since then, we’ve rebuilt the app with a new engineering team, significantly improved performance, and 24/7 support. The new version of Invoice Falcon is way better than what was there before. :) If you’re open to it, I’d genuinely love for you to take a look at the new version and make it work for your needs. App is very limited in what it offers. Experienced some issues but Mia was very helpful in resolving the issue.

We’ve since released a completely new version of the app. It now includes much faster document printing, full HTML/code customization, and a visual editor for quick changes without technical work. The version you used was from before we acquired the app - it had unfortunately been neglected for 4+ years, which led to some of the limitations you experienced. Really glad Mia was helpful. Hey there! I’m really sorry you ran into this. To be transparent, the UI issues and saving problems you experienced were part of the older version of the app from before we acquired it. It hadn’t been maintained well for 4 years. Since taking over recently, we’ve rebuilt Invoice Falcon from the ground up and fixed a lot of the stability issues you’re describing. Very fast in solving problems with quick and responsive replies.
Reported issued was resolved very switfly and Mia was very quick in explaining the issue and provided the solution very switfly.

We had a discrepancy between Shopify orders and Falcon invoices, but Mohammad resolved it quickly, along with a small tax display issue. Overall, it’s a good app that works well and offers good support.

Handig, zelf bepalen voor wie je een factuur genereert!
Invoices are extremely customisable through an easy-to-use interface. I've been using them for a few years now and the last year or so they have performed very reliably (previous to that there was the odd syncing error). Customer service is happy to help with any questions / issues, I have contacted them twice now and they were friendly and fast.

Seitdem haben wir eine komplett neue Version der App veröffentlicht, mit deutlich besserer Performance, höherer Zuverlässigkeit und viel schnellerem Support. Die Version, die du genutzt hast, war noch vor unserer Übernahme. Leider wurde die App von den vorherigen Besitzern nicht gut gepflegt, weder in Bezug auf Updates noch auf Support. Heute haben wir ein starkes Engineering- und Support-Team aufgebaut und verbessern das Produkt kontinuierlich. Wenn du offen dafür bist, würde ich mich freuen, wenn du die neue Version ausprobierst oder uns direkt kontaktierst, damit wir dir helfen können. - Sandesh / CEO
Great solution for sending PDF invoices not offered by shopify. Occasionally updates cause minor bugs but the support team responds quickly and correct issues extremely quickly (every time it has been minutes not even hours). Great support!
