This app works great. It provides a lot of value for the price and I love the tier pricing based on QTY of orders. I reached out to tech support and Mani help me very quickly making some adjustments. I would highly recommend this.

Understanding the importance of reviews this app is perfect to display Google Reviews. The support team is great and work efficiently to reply and provide assistance. Very happy with the app and the support they've offered so far.
My current same day shipping timer stopped working and I installed the Profy Banner & Countdown Timer app. It was easy to understand and navigate but the placement of the timer on the product page had to be specific. I reached out to Profy Support and within minutes I was helped with the countdown timer displaying exactly where I needed it. This app works great and their support is amazing. Definitely recommend.

This app has so many different sections and it makes it so easy to make your Shopify store look stunning. Rio's customer service is absolutely amazing. I encourage everyone to install this app.
First, I must say that this app actually works as designed. It is easy to use and it is all I needed for filtering my store products. The support team is superb! Nikita is amazing and super fast to assist and even demonstrate how to do certain tasks. I recommend this to everyone! Worth every bit of it.
Before installing this app I did have questions about several features and permissions. I went on their website and chatted with Prakash who answered all my questions and earned my trust to move forward with the app installation. Upon installing it, I adjusted all my settings and the app integrated with my theme beautifully. Moments later I reached out to tech support through the App live chat and within a minute or two I was chatting with Prakash again and he was able to correct some features for me. I must say the experience with Avada, and Prakash has been amazing! Excellent customer service and very helpful. I wish the company continue to provide this kind of support and they will earn many customers and positive reviews.
