An absolutely invaluable and flawless app for searching and filtering. It's easy to set up, and the support—should you have any questions or customization requests—is outstanding and extremely fast. This app is worth every Euro.
I've been using the XCloud Search app for a couple months now and it is WAY better and WAY cheaper than the one I was previously using. Definitely recommend. I also had a small issue with how the search page results were showing up, and their support found a solution for me right away!
Excellent product and superb customer service. The Search & Product Filters are easy to set up and support are there to help. I wanted to change how the filters appear on iPad portrait view, whilst leaving landscape view as it was, without changing mobile or desktop appearance. Support had it sorted in 24 hours with a few other changes too! I would highly recommend if you're after an all-round better filter option than the standard, with many other customisable options too!

The most useful and important addition to any store dealing with more detailed/technical filters. Seriously worth every penny. Here is why: We all know Native Search and Filter is an embarrassment. Tested every search and filter available. Many override the native product grid - no good (so that scraps at least 50% of apps), out of the remaining, only a handful handle variant metafields, and out the small select group, this is the only app that handles filter grouping (genius! saves so much time). On top of that, Nikita handled some really custom requests specific to our needs. Would give it 10 stars, super job guys
We were looking for a filtering solution to expand the capabilities offered by the Shopify Search and Discovery app and to bypass its limitations. At the same time, we wanted Shopify to continue managing our product listings rather than handing that control over to a third-party provider (which is the case with most search and filter apps). XCloud handles all of this perfectly—and at a fair price. The support is also outstanding: every inquiry is addressed in a friendly, personalized manner, and even if an out-of-the-box feature is missing, they always try to find a way to meet the requirement. I can highly recommend this app!

Die Echtzeitindexierung funktioniert sehr gut und neue bzw. geänderte Produkte stehen praktisch sofort zur Verfügung. Die App lässt sich gut in unser Warehouse-Theme integrieren und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Anpassung der Filter. Auch der Support reagiert schnell, kompetent und konkret auf technische Fragen. Insgesamt eine zuverlässige und unkomplizierte Such- und Filterlösung.

We have several hundred thousand products on our store, and the app handles them with ease. What I also found extremely helpful was the API that this app provides to run search requests, which makes it easy to build customized sections or search pages and make use of the detailed filtering that this app provides. Nikita from support has always been extremely quick to answer and always spot on with help. I highly recommend!

This app solved so many problems for us! We use combined listings instead of Shopify's native variants and that totally messed up our search engine - I was wasting so much time boosting products and doing customer support for people who couldn't find what they wanted. Now the Search works perfectly, and it's very easy to find anything in the shop. And that's not even why I got the app! That's just an added bonus. I got the app for advanced filtering options - we have a wide variety of product types and Shopify's native 25 filters were not doing it for us. I'm very happy with the way filters work in this app. Also, Nikita has been super responsive and helpful - we wanted a couple customizations and they were implemented very quickly.

No complaints better search results. Filter can be weird on your own but dont panic. Just contact support they will code it how you want it. All is perfect now. Nikita is the coding guy does perfect job for me when i need him

Great app for allowing you to use as many filters as you need. Even groups my product and variant metafields into one filter if they have the same namespace and key. There are three different ways you can display the filters and I wanted it on my collections in the sidebar right next to the products but that required some coding I had a hard time doing myself. Reached out to developers and Nikita helped get it all squared away within a day. Excellent service, good price, does what I need.

We like the app for its filtering options. While Shopify’s Search and Discovery limits us to a maximum of 25 filters, the XCloud App allows us to go beyond that limit. We also truly appreciate Nikita for his kind support in helping us integrate the app into our website!
We have a simple website so we needed a reliable filter app at a good price and we got everything we needed using xcloud. Special shout out to Nikita who helped setting up the app perfectly and went above and beyond.
Had to ask for a little help with setting it up but the team was very helpful and gave clear instructions or helped with the extra coding we needed. Very quick to reply with help even with time difference.
*UPDATE* Like always, Nikita has offered incredible customer service. We had an issue with our Sort By options, and Nikita provided a quick and solid custom solution to our problem. Great app, solves multiple issues that the platform own's Search & Discovery does not, such as sub-5k products per collections for filters to appear. Support is very quick to assist, and during the first 3 days of our trial, they sorted out all of the custom requirements we had. That's why I then pushed the Upgrade button. Highly recommended!

To activate the app, an upfront payment is required—which felt uncomfortably enforced. While setup is straightforward when using the default configuration, customizing the left sidebar proved unnecessarily complex. Additionally, real-time support was unavailable; the only contact option offered was email, which slowed resolution. Horrible support

We’d like to clarify that no upfront payment is required to use our app. Upon installation, we provide a 14-day free trial, and you are not charged unless you continue past the trial period — this is standard practice among many Shopify apps. Regarding support, we did not receive any message from your store during your trial. Our support team is always available via email, and we’re happy to assist with customizations like adding filters to the left sidebar, tailored to any theme. Just installed the app on our website. Nikita replied right away when I asked him to change the code to have the filter on the left side of our collection pages and not at the top. It's very easy to set the filters up. Customer service is top notch too! Highly recommend.

App is easy to use and more affordable than the other filter apps we have tried. We have quite a large catalog and we can now easily find things. Any problems we had with installation Nikita was super helpful and fast and usually had the issue resolved without explanation overnight. Highly recommend.

I could not find an option on how to search tags . As all my products have tags but none of them showed in the search results I uninstalled and cancelled the trial. I hope in the future they can add weights to different fields like description, title, tags, metafields so that the search function is powerful as it should be . The default search option of Shopify is quite bad in my opinion and these kind of apps should really improve on the basic features of the Shopify search options

Have been using this app for years and havent found anything better yet for product filtering. The customer support is very responsive and helpful particularly if you have any integration issues with your theme.

The support is excellent. I had an issue, which I thought was the app not working. It turns out it was another app that was causing the problem. They told me which app it was and how to fix the problem even though it wasn’t an issue with their software I appreciate that.

Cloudsearch is how i expect search to react! It searches everything in my products (with contril) and does it all lighting fast! Installation is also remarkable easy and the support, if you need them, is always there and quick to react. So stop searching, pick this one and thank me later...
