It's ok but could and should be a lot better if it's the official UPS app. It's not particularly user friendly, the text is pale grey against a white background which makes it difficult to use. It has limited features, for example you can't do a split shipment, and there's no address validation etc. We use it occasionally but it's not that good if you have a lot of orders to ship so we mostly use another third party shipping app linked to our UPS account. Hoping it improves in time

The app works really well, I can answer via desktop or mobile to help customers with any questions, it has helped to secure purchases that may otherwise have been lost.
