I've gone solo with my company, so am constantly having to figure things out on my own. For the past two years I've needed to add reviews to my eCommerce platform (Shopify), but didn't feel I had the skill set to add a review app. I actually asked Gemini for suggestions. One suggestion was Judge.me, so I did a bit of online research and decided to give this App. a try. So happy with the results! I had issues with the final step of adding Widgets to each product. Customer service helped me work through the process, even offered a few options if one didn't work. No coding or steep learning curve was necessary. I have been using the QBO App. for the past two years, and with the bookkeeping team and lots of customer support, I have gained the knowledge to do my business myself and without extra employees now that I've downsized my business. Today Ben gave me the extra assistance I needed to fix an issue within the QBO Connector. Ben was patient and most helpful as he explained and worked me through the issue that had to be fixed on both of our ends. Great customer support! I definitely recommend QBO. Susan, Detroit, Michigan
