The support team has been very helpful and consistently goes the extra mile to understand our setup and suggest practical solutions. The app is great but the customer service is amazing. Report Pundit lets you add calculated columns which Shopify's native report tools wont let you do. That's a massive pro right there. The support team knows the inner workings of Shopify and if they can't help, it's mostly because it can't be done. Otherwise, I always end up with a creative solution. Scheduled reports are also a tool we appreciate. Having managers ready every morning with their own customized reports made life more simpler. Give it a try. 5/5
