This is an amazing app to work with to do a stocktake. After a complete failure of a stocktake with another app, Jordan and his team were so helpful and responsive to help me try and save my work by migrating what we had done with the previous app. I really like that this app is so simple to use. If you do any changes to your product catalog in the Shopify admin page, PML stocktake can be refreshed so it syncs up with your catalog. I like that I can view a report of which team member scanned which items because this way everyone on my team is held accountable. It also gives you a confirmation screen after you scan an item so that you can physically check if what you scanned lines up with what will be added to the stocktake. Overall, this is a great app and it was throughly thought through for business owners with a large product catalog (I'm working with 20k+ SKUs). Thank you Jordan and your team for creating an efficient stocktake app!

Be careful with this app. My team and I closed our retail store for several days to do a restock. Everything was going well until halfway through I hit the "refetch inventory" button. It corrupted all the data and now what I have on my shopify doesnt match what appears and pops up on BR Stocktake. Also, I have received no support from the team and I am paying a $15/month plan. Thank you for your review. We typically respond within 8 hours to user emails when received outside business hours. This issue has now been resolved. The bug was triggered when multiple devices on one stocktake performed inventory refetches at the same time. We have implemented the following updates to prevent this: 1.  Only one device can perform a refetch at any time. Other devices will now display a message asking the user to wait until the refetch process is completed. 2.  You do not need to perform a refetch on every device. All other devices will automatically sync with the updated data the next time you click save. I deeply regret the problems this caused during your stocktake. Loyalty Lion is a great app and has great support!! It's really easy to contact the support team and they give an immediate response! It's a great app even on the free plan. This rewards program has made my sales go up and my customers keep coming back to build up points. I really recommend it :)
