I've used many loyalty apps and solutions over the past 10 years. Loyalty Lion imo is becoming a leader in the space. Support is strong and pricing reasonable. They now integrate well with Shopify 2.0 pages as well.

The platform is easy to use and gives you plenty of flexibility to customise how customers earn and redeem points, while still keeping everything simple to manage on the backend. The setup process was straightforward, and whenever I’ve had questions, the support team has been really helpful and responsive. I also love how seamlessly the program integrates with our Shopify store and allows us to create a loyalty experience that feels aligned with our brand. We have just launched our Nipper Rewards loyalty programme using LoyaltyLion. Its so easy to navigate and customise, plus the support has been fantastic through our onboarding. A massive thanks to Josh, Libby and the team!

LoyaltyLion functionality seems as I would expect. Checks boxes for the big requirements we have. Their support on the other hand is arguably the worst I have ever experienced. Issues I have raised takes DAYS, WEEKS to get sorted. Escalating the lack of urgency resulted in one big shoulder shrug. I will be leaving this app as soon as our contract is up.

App will not let me access anything other than the set up, which is not what I want to do - can not even access their help. Also, I am not able to uninstall the stupid thing. Terrible experience.

Sathiya has been such a great help for Discount 70! We've been able to effortlessly import customers from our other platform when switching to Shopify. The directions are clear on how the rewards system works, and the customer service has been impeccable! Sometimes it's a bit of a wait - just on weekends/getting back to business days, but once Monday hits, our questions are answered with clarity and efficency.

This apps works great until I noticed that their SDK causing performance throttling. They have added their Font inside the SDK, and this is impacting performance issue. There is an option to that you can disable custom fonts in SDK but it is actually not working. I have address this to support and they told me that this feature is not available for Free users. Basically they are slowing your website if you are not Paid customer. They are misleading their Free tier and false advertise about their Tier features. dissapointed.

Have been using the app for years and was satisfied, however the price increases are outrageous and there's 0 chance that i would pay them $200 a month when we have been on a free plan for ages. The Predatory price increase is insane, time to find a new loyalty program that will be loyal to its users.

Jason L. was a dream to work with — incredibly patient with all of our questions, customizations, and *very* short implementation window. Great help with setting everything up, you get a dedicated onboarding manager that helps from the start to the moment you go live. Afterwards, the account manager and customer service are quick and helpful as well. Everything is set-up to a basic level and you have the freedom to edit this to your own personal wishes with your own team. It does take a little while to start returning your investment, but if you have the ability to stomach the first couple of months, the results in terms of order frequency, AOV and CLV are incredible!

Terrible to work with. The fees are opaque and they increase them without notice 20%-30% year over year. Customer service and account management is useless, when it's not arrogant and dismissive.

The app works well; however, the price increases have become ridiculous in the past few years, 20% price increase year over year for the "custom plans", it wasn't used to be like that, it got especially worse in the past 3 years. So, if you install the app with a custom plan expect serious costs increases year after year.

LL has been very well received by our customers, and most find it to be intuitive. It has definitely increased sales and retentio,n so mission accomplished. We consider this program to be a core part of our offering. Our support team loves how intuitive it is and how easy and fast it is to see where a customer is at with their rewards. Customizing and adding new rewards is very easy. Analytics are powerful and it is clear that this platform delivers a very positive ROI. I would love to see a more customizable dashboard for customers. I think there should be a landing page for sign-ups, hosted by the platform. It would be awesome if this app could be extended to reward affiliates. I would like to see more functionality like "double points days" so we could easily create campaigns that our subscribers would enjoy. This platform delivers.

I love LoyaltyLion, they are absolutely brill! it's the best loyalty platform in the business, their onboarding is a dream - Sam & Freya are both utterly majestic and make me feel like the only customer in the world. Alexandra also provides stellar, prompt help along with the team of engineers she occasionally consults for me - what a bunch of solid gold legends. Freya was an incredible asset in setting up our Rewards program! As a project manager, I often find fault in the disorganization of the onboarding process for new applications, but Freya was patient, knowledgeable, organized and in constant communication as we worked out various kinks. I've just finished getting our loyalty program setup with help from the wonderful Reya at LL. We had a really tight turnaround (a couple of weeks) and managed to push it over the line just in time. Can't comment on the results yet but the page and software look great and have been easy to use (particularly with Reya's attentive help).

Fantastic app all round! Does exactly what it says on the tin and Reya was super quick and easy to work with, our onboarding with her was super easy and enjoyable!

We’re in our thirteenth year of business and the idea of bolting a loyalty program onto a busy Shopify store felt risky. Reya jumped in and proved we had nothing to worry about. She was patient through multiple delays in our go-live date. She updated the rewards-page code so it worked on both our current theme and the new one we’re building, slipped in the referral block, and cleaned up the tier table for mobile. When we switched from points to spend-based tiers, she reset the thresholds, and pointed me in the right direction for Shopify Functions to apply free shipping and discounts automatically. She handled large CSV imports, double-checked our program, and answered my morning emails before lunch. If anything needed adjustments, she had it updated the same day. Reya made our LoyaltyLion launch simple. Reya felt like part of our team from start to finish and her help was worth every penny.

We have been Loyalty Lion members for several years and love the platform. Easy to use. Effective for customer retention and increasing the LTV of customers. And, on top of how good the platform is, the Loyalty Lion customer service team is outstanding - quick to respond and always gets me the answers I need to keep moving forward.

Clients understand the programme and use it, so it's positive for the engagement and overall sales. The integration with Shopify and Klaviyo is impeccable and something we appreciate a lot is the customer service, which is superb. Of course, they're working on certain improvements, such as the split between POS and WEB for data analytics, but I trust the team and I am confident it will come out soon and proper.

This app it's honestly the best! From start to finish you are supported by a designated onboarding manager, ours was Reya and she was great at helping us set up. The process is seamless, we were initially worried at how we were going to move all of our data from our original loyalty app to LoyaltyLion but it was easy! Well...Reya did it! As well as Reya, there a few guys from design who helped us build our custom page and they had loads of options, styles & other brand examples to choose from. Now we are up and running we are delighted with the way it looks and functions.
