No Transparency, Terrible customer support. Access request granted to Transcy app team to fix an error that appears in translation and after that some changes on the theme where done , customers couldn't check out. We had multiple changes within the theme to fix this error without any clear communication from them on what was done when we requested a clarification to fix the problem.

I used the app to move into a new loyalty program that integrates with other marketing features. Its easy to use and the support team is very fast and helpfull.

I have been using convertedin for over a year now before I moved our company store to shopify. Even with a weak infrastructure that we used to have on the other platform, Convertedin was really what drove traffic and conversions to our store. They really do care about their customers through constantly asking for feedback and putting it to action by launching new features almost every couple of month.
