Okay, so setting up this app couldn't have been easier, so far. I am still to see the difference it has on my store while surfing from a different device. However, I also want to leave a positive review for Rain, who I ended up chatting with, who was a huge assistance to me. He offered me everything you would expect from customer service, such as speed and politeness; yet, he went a step further and was helpful on various other levels, in addition to offering me advice and other solutions that may be of use to me. I am very happy to have connected with Rain, and would like to thank him again!

I would like to have had more control over the widget as someone who is on a free plan; yet the fact that you can reach out to one of their team to change the basic look of the widget is great. I had Helen help me tody, and she was so quick and efficiently edited the widget for me while staying in contact with me via email. She was lovely and I appreciate the help!
