The app is very bad and fails to record any session properly. The performance of the original panel was bad in itself and this app is just perfectly bad. At least the original panel let us look at the videos and heatmaps only with glitches

Just brilliant! This app is so on point with its features & is just what we needed. It is one of the very few apps that lets you add a progress bar to product page and your theme's original cart. It was super simple to set up and the prompt support by Arnas was just exceptional. Can't believe this app is free right now, grab it while it is.

The best Mini cart app finally that is affordable, feature packed & with a beautiful UI UX! In just few days of its launch these people have added so many valuable features & the support I've got with them is exceptional. After trying most different apps for mini cart, happy that we finally can settle on this.

The app is amazing. I'm thrilled by the kind of functionality & support they provide. Aylin from their team helped set things up for us multiple times & the app has so many options for upsell layout. Love it.

This app I would say is made for pop-up or non brand stores as it has a lot of bugs & page speed issue even after their team trying to fix it for 5-6 days. The support is really slow & do not know answer to most of the queries or issues for which they have to consult "developer team" which takes almost a whole day. The collections also do not auto-update after products are jumbled, we have to press "sync now" button every time. Their team messed with our theme files only for us to take a decision that this is not a viable solution for the long run.

After multiple frustrating experience with other multi channel and whatsapp solutions, we decided to go with Kwik and it has really been of the best decisions we ever made. Its like getting a big part of your operations sorted & stress-free as the platform is easy to use and completely bug-free, most important, our KAM Hari and the team working on any open issues are just phenomenal. Completely worth the higher platform fees, at least our communication channels do not give us a headache now.

After much thought of which Loyalty program to go with, we decided Pop's ecosystem would be the best fit for increasing conversions with help of expanding POP user base and increasing Loyalty for the brand. Never though the integration would be so fast & seamless. Perfectly handled by the relevant teams & everyone is so cooperative. The awareness for POP I guess has increased a lot after Latent and many people are using POP Coins as popularity of POP UPI increases. Great experience with these guys and just what our brand needed with perfect branding & compatibility with both kwikPass & SR Checkout.

Gotta say an amazing app among all the other shoppable video apps out there. A lot of things are way better sorted, the app has a lot of functionality while still keeping it really simple to use.

Amazing app

Mannn! This app is just amazing! I really gotta say! I was looking for a free app as our store is quite new with little to no revenue and saw no point paying a 8-9 dollars a month for an 'app' that does just one thing. After finding an app like this for an hour and trying out every possible app for sales popup, this is literally the best with customizable names and locations, time delay, progress bar, pop animation, analytics and a whole lot.
