The Cheese Guy in Okinawa

Having a direct line to customers is essential. As a customer, I hate not being able to speak with a human being and being shunted around FAQs. So I really like being able to directly interact with customers with Shopify. I don't like the automatic replies and consider this function unnecessary. However, we don't have to use this function and I guess for some people it's useful. Altogether, Shopify is a great package. Brilliant, in fact. I struggled before with various solutions, but Shopify is the best. By a large margin. John (The Cheese Guy)

The app itself looks really good. Very nicely designed. I've just installed it so I haven't had much time to try out everything it can do. I'd like to say a big Obrigado to the staff who helped me, Abraão. He was really helpful and took time to answer my rather difficult questions.
