I will rate them more than 5 Star if the option was available. We were initially on BigCommerce and wanted to Migrate to Shopify but were not able to do so since last many years but with the help of LitExtension team the migration was as smooth as flowing water. As we had data for last 9-10 yrs so it was huge and complex, so we opted for "All in One Migration" Service and I can proudly say it was the one of the best decisions The praiseworthy thing was the 1. Approach adopted 2. Finalizing the Scope of Work to be done 3. Getting the Migration script created 4. Doing a Test run (a pre-migration step for ensuring correctness of script) 5. Actual Migration and then doing the QA based on the agreed conditions 6. Support of being their Post Migration All these things may look small but it actually gave peace of mind to us that we are in safe hands and nothing will go wrong. Biggest Mention : The entire migration was done with "ZERO Downtime" and no loss to business Kudos to the entire Tech team and awesome support during and after Migration

It provides all the functionality of Import/export but importing takes hours and some times days too. I was just updating single metafield of 4000 products(not variants), and it took more than 5 hours.

Our app is designed to import around 2,000 products per hour, but performance can vary depending on several factors, including Shopify’s own API rate limits and the structure of the store being updated. Since StoreRobo runs on Shopify’s infrastructure, we're sometimes constrained by how quickly Shopify processes incoming requests. In the case of our app structure, we’ll analyze the code thoroughly and make the necessary changes to minimize any extra query/fetch time or sleep intervals that might be impacting performance. Great app with lots of tagging features. The user interface is user friendly and unlike other apps there is no need to have a coding degree to implement rules. Support staff are very responsive if you ever have questions and they are continually working to improve the app. I've installed it in the two Shopify stores I run.
