Been using this app for close to 2 years now. Works great for multiple use cases including allowing customers to add customer messages to orders, and selecting multiple order variants. Customer support is quick and responsive.

App does what it advertises in a straightforward manner. The support is also fantastic and quick. Highly recommend for adding dates/times for order delivery and pickup.
