The transition from our old loyalty program to Bon has been seamless thanks to Cara. She is always available to lend support and in a timely manner. If I have an issue she fixes it right away. We are new to the program, but looking forward to all of its potential. Thanks!

Had a few bumps in the road with using Gift Card Hero in our new system. Arthur was there to help with everything along the way, answered all our questions, and even hopped on a google meet to show us some items we were confused about! Great response time and we now have everything up and running!
So far so good, have a large catalog and Oli was able to help us adapt it to work for our unique needs. Many of the items are a few months to a year out so we haven't fully went through all the paces of sending notifications yet.
