This has been great for the brand and our business being able to gain such exposure to their vast customer base. I would recommend it to any brand that values what these people do on the daily.
The merchandising sorting rules are extremely helpful in organizing larger collections and scheduling featured products. My biggest issue is there is very limited reporting options. There is an app performance report, but it is only available every 30 days. That is not helpful in analyzing the store's merchandising performance and the app's ROI.

Once set up, NotFoundBot is a great "set and forget" tool that supplements our ongoing 404 and SEO strategies. By addressing certain 404 errors in real-time, we are able to provide a smoother user experience, avoid potential frustration, and retain site visitors. The revenue we recover from using the app easily covers the monthly cost many times over.
