Hello, We are truly sorry to hear that you faced this issue even before trying out Searchanise! Our developers investigated the case, located the cause of the issue, and found that other apps were also affected. We have released a fix, so the issue should now be gone. Our support team has also sent you the relevant details. If you’re open to giving our app another try, we’d be happy to walk you through our features. We value your feedback and hope to make this experience better for you. You can reach us at feedback@searchanise.io with any questions. Best wishes, Searchanise team
The app currently shows as incompatible in markets where TikTok Ads is already officially available—for example, Costa Rica. While we can run ads here, the Shopify app remains unavailable. Access to this integration is critical for our website and campaigns to perform properly. We are actively investing in TikTok, and this limitation results in inefficient spend. We kindly request that you enable the app in Costa Rica.
