Our store required some customization outside of what Shopify offered out of the box. Mechanic was the perfect solution and has now opened up ideas for more customization. Also, the documentation and community were extremely helpful when we were getting Tasks running for our store. Would highly recommend Mechanic

So far the app works according to my expectations which is great. The customer service team has also been very accommodating to certain requests to make sure the rewards program works and functions how we would like it.

My co-worker uses this app a lot, but I had a specific task I needed to do (change visibility of a number of our products on a few different sales channels) so he showed it to me. We've used a couple of metafields apps, but this one is the best so far. The ability to edit metafields within the Chrome browser extension is awesome. They have even taken a feature suggestion I had a few months back, and just implemented it with a new update they released. Super fast and helpful support!
