We apologize for the issue with manual order confirmations failing. Our previous Web-session setup caused syncing glitches that blocked manual triggers. With our new Official Meta API app, manual and automated order confirmations deliver instantly and reliably without drops. Please reach out to our support team so we can assist you in moving over to the upgraded platform!
