We set up a new account with Braintree Payments to be able to collect the payment information and so far it has worked very well. PROS Straightforward setup Good communication emails with subscribed customers Easy to manage subscriptions from Admin Ability to manually retry a declined transaction Reduces loss of repeat customers Guaranteed revenue CONS I wish the subscription on site appearance was easier to customize I wish the checkout page was easier to customize Details box is limited in the information amount you can provide on mouse hover Checkout page is separate from usual checkout page No ability for customers to use other coupon codes in combination with subscription purchase during checkout All in all, I would definitely recommend this app to any Shopify store.
