The app has been a great way for me to create custom forms to require more info from customers and increase sales and reach. Recently after uploading a couple of new forms and implementing the link option to attach the form anyway a link can be plugged in, the forms glitched and wouldn't allow for comments section to be completed. I reached out to support who worked as quickly as possible to get it working again. Tina and Emma were great to work with and made me feel like a valuable customer. I will keep using this app with confidence they have my back.

Excellent customer service! I was using Canva previous to make my own templates but theirs are so much easier to implement and look much more professional. I also love that it integrates easily with shopify and klaviyo. Game changer for sure!

The ONLY solution that I have found to work accepting purchase orders. The support team was very helpful in setting it up to work appropriately on my site. A great solution for my needs that is sure to increase revenue making it easier for my school customers to place an order. I highly recommend. ##UPDATE - I have had several requests to adjust things on my custom theme and the team who supports this app has always responded quickly and willing to help however I need. I have been using Easy Gift since I opened my store last summer and have had great success by giving customers incentive to buy when free items are added to their cart automatically. I ran into an issue with the a custom built page that was not working correctly when the easygift function was on. I contacted support and they worked diligently to find a solution. I am so impressed with their customer service and extra efforts to find a solution for my business. I highly recommend this app, easy to use and increases sales but best of all, great customer service!
