I reviewed your case right away and issued you a full refund within two hours of receiving your message — it’s already been processed and should appear in your account within 7–10 business days. You uninstalled the app on October 13th, which is also when your subscription was automatically cancelled. However, since the uninstall happened during an active billing cycle, Shopify still applies the charge for that full cycle — which is what happened here. Our app uses Shopify’s billing system, so all charges are processed directly by Shopify, and we don’t have control over the timing or application of those charges.
