Excellent app and even better support. We had an integration issue with another Shopify app that was affecting our checkout flow, and the Melon support team responded very quickly, understood the problem straight away, and helped get everything working properly. Really impressed with how prompt, helpful and knowledgeable the support was. The app itself does exactly what we need for our order-limit rules, and knowing the team is so responsive gives us a lot of confidence using it long term. Highly recommended.

The app has quite a lot of settings and configuration options to work through, which means it can be tailored according to needs. The range of offer types, styling controls, translations and placement options makes it possible to create promotions that fit the store properly rather than feeling like a generic widget. I’m still setting up and testing my offers, but the app is working well so far and I’m very happy with what I’ve been able to create.
