I was helped by Carmine after the offer I setup didn't work the way I needed it to. There was less than an hour left until the launch of the gift, but Carmine fixed it within 20 minutes! really happy with how it worked after her help^^

I've taken my time to really play around with this app before leaving a review. Anyhow, I can honestly say that I really like it! It does what I want it to do in a highly customizable way. Very satisfied! And Carmine is very responsive to my queries, so a big thumbs up for customer service as well.

Wish I Had Found This App Sooner! I just started using this app a few hours ago, and I already LOVE IT!!! Shopify Support recommended it when I was looking for a way to create two tiers of complimentary gifts for my boutique’s 10-year anniversary promotion, and my Shopify Support advisor (Noel J.) even mentioned it was a personal favorite, which immediately gave me confidence to try it! From the superb customer service to the app itself, I have been incredibly impressed! Customer support (Bella) was extremely fast, with virtually no wait time. She was so helpful getting everything set up exactly the way I needed. The fact that the app is FREE makes its capabilities even more impressive! It was easy to create my complimentary gift promotions, and I love how much flexibility the app gives me. As a small business owner, finding an app that is easy to use, does exactly what I need, offers excellent support, AND does not add another monthly expense is such a win. I only wish I had discovered it sooner! Highly recommend!

We’ve tested quite a few similar apps, and this is the first one that has really given us the level of control we were looking for without making everything unnecessarily complicated. There are a lot of customisation options, but the app is still straightforward to set up and flexible enough to adapt to how we actually want to use it. Support has been just as good. Whenever we’ve had a question, replies have been fast, clear and useful. We’re very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.
Very user-friendly and easy to get started with. Setting up a gift offer is clear and step by step, and the campaign summary lets you check everything before saving. The app is also very complete: automatic gift adding, variant-level targeting, several widget options, and fully customizable, translatable texts. Perfect for quickly launching a partner promotion.
Having tested a wide range of sales and discount style and apps over the years we have found the Tek Labs an excellent choice. We have run succesful sales periods and offers with options and flexibility we haven't found anywhere else.

Very useful and flexible app for creating gift offers, BOGO promotions, and upsells. There are plenty of configuration and customization options, which makes it easier to set up promotions according to our specific requirements. The customer support has also been excellent. The team is responsive and always willing to help with any questions or setup issues.

Really love this app! was trying to figure out how to add a offer with a free gift for soo long! AI suggested this app to me and its a game changer! the design, ease of use and support is really good. Highly recommend!
The app has quite a lot of settings and configuration options to work through, which means it can be tailored according to needs. The range of offer types, styling controls, translations and placement options makes it possible to create promotions that fit the store properly rather than feeling like a generic widget. I’m still setting up and testing my offers, but the app is working well so far and I’m very happy with what I’ve been able to create.
