I'm what they'd refer to as a "noob" and while I wasn't able to figure out all of the edits I wanted to make, I reached out to support and was helped by Leah. She was great! Leah helped me redesign my product pages and it felt like I had hired a programmer, without going through the hassle of hiring a good programmer. Leah made it way easier to make the changes I wanted to make. The support was excellent and once Leah showed me how to use the platform I felt much more comfortable using it to make changes to my website on my own.
