Pretty good, Notifications are a only ok (completed messages still appear unread in the mobile app after being read in the online store). Other than that it's fine.

Switched to this app from another review collection app. I really respect how much they built into the free version, and the customer service during the importing of my old reviews was so good that we decided to sign up for the paid version. You can tell a lot about a company that gives good customer service to everyone, even free users. The app has everything we need (auto review request emails that we customize to send a few days after the customer's order has been delivered) so easy 5 stars.
