I have connected 2 stores, and have requested support (took some days to get an answer, and found out that they answer to the gmail account that is linked to gsheets). Important to mention that It only brings data from all order AFTER the date you connect the app. I use it for demand and inventory tracking, and bulk updates. Great product considering the price.
I'm pretty happy with the app support, they help me a lot to fix some problems on the store that I'm working on

We moved from Yotpo to Judge.me and I'm pretty happy with the migration. I had some problems importing the CSV file with the old reviews but the judge.me support is great, they helped me a lot to set up the widget, and integrations, and load all the old reviews
Okay this is the best app. Seriously I have 20 shopify apps installed and this one is by far my favorite.
