The customer service is just above and beyond anything I've experienced! A highly skilled CSS coder spent over an hour with me making the app look exactly how I wanted it on both desktop and mobile. This has been a huge improvement to our store. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Love this app! Helps greatly with our AOV. Their customizations are easy to use and work nicely. Had an issue with the popups not working right on my store. Their team responded quickly to my messages and resolved the issue which was more complex than we initially thought. Thank you for this app and team!

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY! YOU NEED SUPPORT, BUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOURS FOR SUPPORT SERVICE! After installing the application, it does not run automatically. I need to perform a manual installation, but I waited for two hours and no one responded. There is no detailed installation video for installing the application either. Despite writing numerous times, there has been no response.

Not perfect, but close enough for a "free app" to add an optional shipping insurance at checkout. Support was available to live chat during the day and helpful!

Testing the plugin for around half a month now and can't say too much about the functionality yet. Setting up the autopilot was really very easy. But what I would like to emphasize is the really fast and dedicated support. We had a few set-up difficulties and problems with our theme, which the support and the developers solved for us on their own, really great, thank you very much!

Just got the app today, but so far it is exactly what I want. Lasandra was SO helpful in helping me add some CSS to customize the look. I have never had shopify app support offer so much help. Usually they tell you to hire a developer.

This app is amazing!! Not only does it add to my bottom line (making more revenue through upsells) but support was EXTREMELY helpful. They don't ghost you like some other apps. I was having issues with images not displaying on the upsell popup and not being able to add the bundle to the cart. After sending me a collab request, they resolved it completely in a couple of hours. The staff is really attentive and makes me assured if something goes wrong, they can fix it. Highly recommend!!

I have used this app for a few months now to add a gift box in the cart page. It is so simple to set up and looks clean and neat - I had another app I installed interfere with it and the team at In Cart Upsell were so quick to help and they had it all sorted in no time at all (Thanks Lasandra!). Can't fault them! Lassandra and their dev team made some CSS alterations to help the cart addon match my website styling which looked great. I am so happy with the service and result of their work. How fenerous as I am on the paid version atm.

Had been a customer for years on the multiple ecomm stores I own but had one that the app was deactivated. I reached out to support and told them I had no sales, app was deactivated, and was charged monthly. There response was when the theme was changed the app was not installed. NEVER CHANGED THE THEME. Couple hundred dollar lesson.

Hi Coast Guard for Life, We’re sorry that you had this experience with our application. Regarding the sales, we are currently experiencing a bug that causes sales figures to not be reflected in the dashboard for a limited number of merchants; this will be rectified soon. We were able to see that your offers were loaded 24,893 and that merchants clicked 633 times on the offers. So you almost assuredly had generated sales from this activity, but due to the aforementioned issue, they are simply not appearing properly in the dashboard. Regarding the app deactivation issue, we agree that this could be confusing. It does not refer to your subscription, rather it describes whether your offers are displaying or not. In this case, they were not due to a theme conflict. We will edit this pop up for greater clarity. We apologize for the inconvenience and will be reaching out to you directly via email.
The app is super easy to use and their support is second to none! I can't fault the support I have received. Vijay and Lasandra have been incredibly helpful!

i encounter a problem on setting up an offer. but the costumer support is superb. it took a bit but we finally got it working perfectly. regarding the app itself. ones we pinpoint the issue. it works like a charm. easy to use and navigate
