Misleading pricing and a frustrating experience. The App Store listing says the Free Plan includes unlimited products, collections, and pages, but that is not true. Even the Basic Plan has a 10-page limit, which is not clearly stated either. I first tried building a catalog with the new Editor Version 10, but it had so many bugs and missing features that I had to start over in the old editor. There, updating products is very inefficient because pages need to be rebuilt and metafields have to be reloaded manually every time you add/update products. On top of that, PDF exports are not reliable. Elements sometimes appear differently than in the editor. Overall, not transparent and not ready for serious use.

UPDATE 02.09.2026. There were so many issues in the previous version, which is why we built a new one from scratch. All issues are resolved, and it works perfectly. I can say there is no other app in the Shopify app store with so many features that is still easy to use. Please give us one more chance, as we have solved all the problems!
Great Features & Stellar Support! The Doran Product Reviews app has everything I was looking for – from customizable review requests to Q&A and widget styling. The support team is incredibly responsive and helpful with setup and adjustments. Although I’ve just started using it, the experience so far has been fantastic.

Excellent Support and Impressive Features: The customer support is absolutely outstanding – fast, helpful, and very solution-oriented. The feature set is also impressive and covers everything I need for back-in-stock notifications. I haven’t used the app for very long yet, but first impressions are excellent.
