This app is amazing, and it keeps getting better with every new update! Managing a catalog with over 1,000 products, each with its own set of details, can be overwhelming, but Easy Catalog Maker makes the entire process so much easier. It’s simple to use, offers great customization options, and really helps bring everything together into a clean, professional-looking catalog. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately this app was not as user friendly as I would've hoped. I originally paid $179 for a year's subscription, but after realizing it wasn't going to work out, I reached out to the company and was told they'd refund me. They did not. Months later I got an email saying the app had been updated, so I gave it another chance, but the app was still underwhelming and unusable. I contacted the company again and after much back and forth, FINALLY got a refund for the $30. It was only after leaving this review that they acknowledged their error and refunded the additional $150 in hopes that I would change my review. To be clear, I subscribed to the app based on what the previews showed and to get full access to all features. That's why I spent the money - but then was entirely disappointed. I don't write reviews for no reason. Edited to add: I originally gave them an additional star because they did eventually refund my money. But I have since deducted it because they continue to email me trying to get me to change my review and I also keep getting emails every time they edit their response (which is often).

They have been great to work with! Open to suggestions and have adjusted settings and created options that better suite my catalog. The app is easy to work with if you are looking to import products and data from Shopify.

2nd updated Review: We have changed our review from 1 stars to 4. After a rocky start with the app and the customer support, The developers have vastly improved and has fixed the issues we were having. The communication is far better now and we are looking forward to working more with this app and getting our catalogues up and going. Thank you First Review: We have paid for the annual subscription at $179.99 for the year expecting a catalogue app that isbn't bugging and actually saves the work... unfortunately thats not the case. If you want to do work that disappears when you come off the app..... then this is for you! Support response is slow or non existent. i'm not talking a few days slow. i'm talking I have emailed 3 times since their last communication on 24th February 2026 and still waiting for a response to any of them on 25th March 2026. The app has a lot of potential but currently its disappointing and doesn't do whats advertised at all.

The app potential is huge. Using catalogues in our business has been a game changer. It has significantly increased revenue and using this app and connecting it to the store is great.

Misleading pricing and a frustrating experience. The App Store listing says the Free Plan includes unlimited products, collections, and pages, but that is not true. Even the Basic Plan has a 10-page limit, which is not clearly stated either. I first tried building a catalog with the new Editor Version 10, but it had so many bugs and missing features that I had to start over in the old editor. There, updating products is very inefficient because pages need to be rebuilt and metafields have to be reloaded manually every time you add/update products. On top of that, PDF exports are not reliable. Elements sometimes appear differently than in the editor. Overall, not transparent and not ready for serious use.

The app has great potential. It seems it deleted our catalog out of nowhere, luckily they were able to retrieve it. But the customer service can be very slow and unclear so its becoming unworkable for us. We are now looking at alternatives, too bad..

Ottimo tool per creare cataloghi, consigliato!

It took a while to work to get the catalog set up and working correctly, a lot of trial and error, but once I did, this app is great. It works great for building a wholesale printable (just download it from the app and upload to a printing service) catalog + a digital catalog you can share. Customer service is quick to respond and help with any request or customizations you may need.

The team was very very helpful in helping me quickly make some modifications to the catalog and get it published. Very helpful, great communication and easy to work with.

Ive been using this for a few years and it is constantly improving & adding new features. They are very responsive to customers suggestions thus it has evolved into a really great product.

We subscribed to the highest tier ($359.99/year), expecting better functionality and priority support as advertised. Unfortunately, this app has been a complete disappointment. Support is non-existent: Despite paying for "priority support," our requests were ignored or delayed for days. Even after escalating the issue, we received no meaningful help. Buggy and unreliable: The app is riddled with issues. Syncing doesn’t work properly, and customizing pages doesn’t create usable templates. It’s not intuitive and far from user-friendly. False advertising: The features promoted in the App Store do not reflect the actual experience. It feels like a marketing gimmick designed to upsell a broken product. Refund ignored: We formally requested a refund after months of problems and were met with silence. This app is nowhere near worth the price. Save your money and look elsewhere.

constantly crashes, doesn't autosave. If you like working for hours to find your work gone, then this app is for you.

Terrible experience. The UI is clunky, confusing, and extremely time-consuming to use. The app feels very limited and far from user-friendly. The biggest issue is misleading information on their pricing. They advertise a “free plan with watermark,” but what they don’t explain is that the watermark is not a small corner mark—it’s a huge box plastered across every single page of your catalog. After you waste an hour or more creating a catalog, you realize it’s completely unusable unless you pay. That’s not a watermark, that’s bait-and-switch. This app is a total waste of time and money. Shopify should really remove apps like this from the store.

Hello! You should know that you are the only ones in the marketplace offering this product for generating PDFs from our Shopify data. For my market and sales method, this has been essential since I started 10 years ago, and even more so for sales via chat. Now I've had problems with customer service, as the catalogues keep loading and don't finish generating, and when I want to duplicate them to preserve the design I've already made, it doesn't work. Please give us a clearer support channel with tickets. Keep working hard because we need you, and you still have the opportunity to earn good money with your development.

Great Experience Using This APP

At first I thought it was great. And then I had problems with it not saving. I will go in and spend 30 minutes or more adding images and text (for items not on my online store) and then I save it. Watch it say saved. But, when I go back in later all of the work I did is gone. I've probably lost at least 3 hours of work so far. Getting very frustrated and using the chat system to request help does not seem to work.

It's a buggy mess. It never completes the catalogue and has been hanging for one hour to create it. The tables gets mixed up with content disappearing and appearing; there is no option what order you want the products to display (product name or vendor? you can't chose), and it doesn't allow you to edit the shopify address that shows up instead of the domain name on the bottom of the page. ** The response is pointless and ignores the fact that it can't output anything when you try to create the catalogue, demonstrating once more what a buggy mess the app is.

UPDATE!!!! Please read: At first I was having issue... I tried to chat with help, but got No response. So I emailed them! I ended up chatting with Perica personally and even zooming! They were great and made NUMEROUS improvements based on my suggestions! They also upgraded my account free of charge! With all the improvements they made in just these couple of debugging sessions I'm convinced that this app is going to be great! Lesson learned: people that build apps are real people too. ANd they can be great people! So if the chat's not working right away try the email and be pacient and try again a little later. They probably have kids and a life just like us. :)

After a slight delay in getting back to me at first (I suppose these things happen from time to time), customer service helped me solve my problem and were really efficient. Thank you guys!

Very easy to use. By far the most comprehensive catalog maker. I literally tested every one of them here in marketplace (as of July 2025). I was able to easily integrate metafields to make my product listings even really customize my catalogs and leverage the content I have already created. The layout options are plenty. Gives you many choices as to how to make your pages. The support team was very responsive to my questions via email.

WORKS WELL

This app needs alot of work. for the price point its pretty fast generating your catalog. Beware if you have items that have a bunch of SKU#, like the shoe creams we sell they have 100 diffrrent colors. the only way to show all SKU# to to make each variant a seperate product. Also the editing is very bad. Be sure to upload your collections in the exact order you want them in cause you may have to grab either the page or item at the very bottom of the page that you want to move and slowly scroll up with it. When you save something to not lose the work you put into it it saves under multiple files good luck finding which one is the most up to date. Finally the headers just do not want to stay saved as im almost done with my Catalog all i have to do is put the headers i want. got to page 30 just to see all the previous headers i had already done were deleted i gave up after finally getting to page 15 with actual headers and the rest getting deleted for some reason. this app is very frustrating to use. i absolutly would not reccomend.

This app by far is the most valuable for me among my Marketing apps. It enables me to create transactional Wholesale catalogs I can send via Emails. It's a bit technical for the unsavvy, but th customer service is very responsive and happy to accommodate and help. Highly recommended!

Great tool for creating a print version of website.

Despite taking the 29.99 USD plan the watermark does not go when you try and download the PDF.

Super easy to use and exactly what I was looking for. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the catalog generation process is fast and smooth. I love that I can customize the layout to keep things on-brand. Support has also been amazing — quick to reply and really helpful. Highly recommend if you need a straightforward way to create professional-looking product catalogs from your Shopify store.

We enjoy creating our Wholesale Catalog on this app. Our customers find it easy to navigate and place orders. Not only is it straight forward and easy to use, but the customer service is exemplary.

We are using the APP for B2B order catalogue and it works fine for us. We are a small family owned company with about 50 people. The support is very friendly and try to fix any requests as fast as possible.

I have enjoyed Easy Catalog. It is pretty easy to use. Integrates easily with Shopify. This is a self learning app. There is no chat help. You have to send emails. But they reached out and helper with some issues. I am still learning the app. But overall I am happy.

Initially this app had some issues .. Now I am finding that it works really well .. So far I have used just internally for inventory management but looking to use it more in the future. love the new intergration with Canva !! great addition

Some modifications were made to synchronize my inventories in real time, which helped my store to be able to increase the effectiveness of my orders through the catalog, in addition it is an extremely extraordinary experience for my clients. I was 100% satisfied with the support that Perica gave me.

The new update featuring search functionality has made our 70+ page flipbook much easier to navigate

Fairly easy to use

We've used this to create catalogs for shows when we can't bring all the products we have on our site. I love that catalogs can be updated based on the current listing. However, I've spent hours working on a catalog only to lose it because there is no autosave feature, and the app can be super buggy.

We have enjoyed our experience learning the EasyCatalog application as a part of our Shopify e-commerce platform. The Shopify integration is nice and allows pulling in all or a subset of our products into a new PDF Catalog, while applying discounts automatically if we want that. The online order links, forms, flipbook and PDF doc are really nice and a great feature. It's not perfect, but we rate it at 5 stars because the chief architect, Peter, has been very available and responsive to discuss and correct our issues. We feel like our feedback improves his app, and he has been willing to listen to our suggestions and offer solutions immediately. We think this is all anyone could ask for when building and using an app plug-in like this.
