I had the pleasure of speaking with Villanelle and she was awesome, I am a first-time online store owner and just got my first sale. I was stuck on the shipping process. Villanelle explained everything to me, gave me a step-by-step guide of what I needed to do, and answer all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and sweet. Make you feel like she is willing to help and there to do so. Her customer service was excellent.
