I've had this app for years. It only just dawned on me that I hadn't reviewed it. Simple to install, simple to use and navigate and invaluable when it comes to customer experience.

I didn't get the get app yet because of some issues with my location and shopify restrictions but the support that I got so far speaks volume. Most times even if an app isn't tip top once the communication is good there is always room for it to be better and grow so I commend the team behind this app on their support.

The support for this app is impeccable. The way that these guys work give the app so much room to become better as they work on your suggestions and issues. So far I am satisfied for the most part.
