It's my first time using an Email pop up on a store, so I did have some questions and Elly was helpful. I appreciate the help and the screenshots, as it helps understand the features more. I really like the app so far and how I was able to customize it.

Dang was awesome at helping me out! Judge.me is my first app I have installed to my online store and it was simple to navigate and play with the settings for the most part. Dang was able to instant message me and explain further settings that I was not aware of and provided screenshots of the app to provide me with a better understanding of how to navigate it. The help I was given definitely lifted some weight off my shoulders because he installed the app to my store and so far I've had to do many things on my own for my online store.
