We're using the basic plan for judge.me and it's very straightforward and easy to use. When we had a minor issue with importing, customer support replied to me within minutes and solved my problem. I'm very satisfied so far - so much so, we'll be considering upgrading to the higher plan. Thumbs up.
Had a minor issue setting up the original pop up and got really quick customer service. Happy with their team!
