Has been an extremely useful tool for us and for a better user experience. The developer team has also be very helpful in making quick, custom edits. The support is fine tune.
Honestly, the best helpdesk I’ve used so far. The support team is top-notch — super patient even when I ask dumb questions, and they always take time to explain everything clearly. The app itself is fast, no lag, easy to set up, and has everything you actually need. Totally recommend it — if you’re not using Commslayer, you’re just overpaying for laggy tools that don’t even come close.

We recently started using the app and are very satisfied with it and its functions. It runs very smoothly, is very easy to pick-up / intuitive to use. It also doesn't clutter our Email inbox with unnecessary emails and notifications.
